II. Procedure for placing and executing orders
5. An order can be placed by adding a product to the basket and then by clicking the "Order" button.
In order to be able to correctly perform the contract procedure, it will be necessary to set up a user account,
thanks to which you can also monitor the status of the contract.
6. The basic condition for the implementation of purchases is the correct filling of contact details along with
the correct, existing e-mail address and telephone number under which he will confirm the order.
7. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders placed on weekdays after 1:00 p.m., on
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays - will be implemented on the next business day.
8. In the event of circumstances preventing the full or temporary implementation of the order, AERO-SERVICE
Jacek Skopiński reserves the right to suspend the execution of the order - and undertakes to immediately
notify the Ordering Party about the situation.
9. Orders with incorrectly filled contact details (non-existent e-mail or no telephone) will not be considered.
10. The company AERO-SERVICE Jacek Skopiński reserves the right to suspend orders that raise doubts.
11. Prices of goods in the online store www.shop.vortex-generators.com are given in Polish zlotys and include
VAT (gross prices).
12. The AERO-SERVICE Jacek Skopiński company issues a receipt or a VAT invoice for the purchased goods. To
receive a VAT invoice, you must correctly fill in the company's data together with the NIP number.
13. The company conducts only mail order sales, it is not possible to collect the purchased goods personally.
